Phill Me Up Cheesesteaks is a family owned and operated business that started in 2014. After 5 years of successfully creating their place on the OKC food truck scene, owners Van Wiseman, Ty Wiseman, and Holly Bruhwiler auditioned for a kitchen at The Collective. After sealing the deal and winning judges over with with their authentic Philly Cheesesteaks, appetizers, and beautifully breaded onion rings & french fries they opened up at The Collective early March 2020.
